Executive Education Program
GenAI for Board Members (GAIBM)
Course Description
This executive education program is designed for board members, founders, CXOs, and senior leaders who wish to understand and govern the strategic impact of Generative AI. The program helps participants develop board-level AI fluency without requiring technical expertise. It focuses on how GenAI is transforming strategy, business models, productivity, innovation, decision-making, and enterprise competitiveness. Participants will learn how to evaluate AI investments, assess enterprise AI maturity, and understand the opportunities and risks associated with copilots, agents, and emerging AI systems. The course also covers responsible AI, cybersecurity, bias, privacy, intellectual property, regulatory exposure, and reputational risk from a boardroom perspective. Through AI labs, boardroom exercises, simulations, and governance clinics, participants will learn how to ask the right questions, challenge management effectively, and build responsible AI oversight mechanisms. The program also explores workforce transformation, reskilling, culture, leadership, and human-in- the-loop governance. A two-day campus immersion provides participants with experiential learning, peer interaction, strategic reflection, and applied boardroom simulations. The program concludes with final Boardroom Action Plan presentations and an in-person certificate distribution ceremony. By the end of GAIBM, participants will be prepared to guide their organizations toward responsible, strategic, and value-driven adoption of GenAI.
