The Institute of Global Educators (IGE) was born from a simple realization: the world is being reshaped by AI, automation, and frontier technologies faster than education systems can adapt.

Founded in 2022 and formally registered in 2024, IGE emerged from InnoCon’s global consulting work to become a dedicated knowledge institution focused on preparing:

Prof. Vaibhav Chaudhary

Professor Vaibhav Chaudhary, also known as 'Pepe' among colleagues and friends, is a global educator of AI & Innovation and an entrepreneur. With experience spanning academia, startups, and international development in India, Europe, and the Americas, he bridges the worlds of paper, practice, and policy. His current research focuses on the intersection of AI, Entrepreneurship, and Sustainability, and he serves as Editor of the REGEPE Entrepreneurship and Small Business Journal (Scopus/Scielo). On invitations from various organizations, Prof. Chaudhary has designed and taught courses to students and working executives from Asia, Europe, and the Americas. He has trained several Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Directors, and Professors, including senior academics from Columbia University, Rutgers University, IIM Bangalore, etc., senior executives from JP Morgan, SAP, Deloitte, etc., and senior officials from the governments of the UK, India, Singapore, etc. He is also the Founder of InnoTech Consultants (InnoCon), providing AI/ML and software solutions. Moreover, Pepe is interested in cross-border innovation, international funding, and consulting in general. He also serves as an advisor to various boards and organizations. His academic journey spans IIT Bombay (India), UNICAMP (Brazil), NHH (Norway), Vanderbilt (USA), and TUM (Germany).

While on the diplomatic mission, Pepe gave invited lectures and taught Game Theory, Data Science, and AI. He came to full-time (kind of) academia in 2023, and introduced GenAI. In 2025, Prof. Vaibhav introduced Agents and AgenticAI. In January 2026, he introduced Quantum Science, Technology, and Quantum Entrepreneurship.

"A decade back, as a student, I kept hearing that there was an industry-academia gap, research-teaching gap, research-practice gap, etc., but not in our programs. Personally, I use articles published as early as yesterday haha. Also, my recent discussions/meetings have been focused on grassroots adoption/training of AI, working closely with ministries/states/judiciary, etc., for responsible AI use (in short, things which are not in the comfort zone of people involved :P)"

Global Center for Sustainable Entrepreneurship & Innovation (GCSEI)

IGE’s Global Center for Sustainable Entrepreneurship & Innovation (GCSEI) is an interdisciplinary research center dedicated to advancing understanding of how entrepreneurship and innovation can contribute to a more sustainable, responsible, inclusive, and resilient future.

GCSEI examines the economic, environmental, social, ethical, technological, and policy dimensions of entrepreneurship and innovation. Its research spans sustainable and responsible entrepreneurship, climate and conservation, emerging technologies and artificial intelligence, entrepreneurial ecosystems, institutional change, ethical governance, innovation policy, and the broader societal consequences of entrepreneurial and technological transformation.

The Center is particularly interested in the tensions, trade-offs, and unintended consequences that arise when entrepreneurs, organizations, and institutions pursue growth, innovation, sustainability, and societal impact simultaneously. It investigates how such competing demands are navigated across different organizational, institutional, and geographic contexts, and how policies, governance systems, and entrepreneurial practices can support more responsible forms of innovation and value creation.

Through theoretical, empirical, computational, and policy-oriented research, GCSEI seeks to generate rigorous and globally relevant scholarship while informing entrepreneurs, organizations, governments, policymakers, communities, and other stakeholders working to shape more sustainable and responsible entrepreneurial and innovation systems.

Computational Strategy & Entrepreneurship Lab (CSEL)

The Computational Strategy & Entrepreneurship Lab (CSEL), housed within GCSEI, is the world’s first research laboratory (established in 2025) dedicated specifically to advancing strategy, entrepreneurship, and management scholarship through computational, mathematical, and advanced statistical methods.

As a pioneering research platform in computational strategy and entrepreneurship, CSEL seeks to develop and apply rigorous formal, statistical, and computational approaches to some of the most complex questions in business and management research.

CSEL explores how entrepreneurs, firms, managers, investors, institutions, and other strategic actors make decisions, interact, adapt, compete, and cooperate in complex, uncertain, and evolving environments. By integrating substantive theory with formal modelling, computational experiments, agent-based simulation, game-theoretic approaches, machine learning, causal inference, and advanced empirical methods, the Lab seeks to uncover mechanisms and dynamics that are difficult to observe through conventional research approaches alone.

As CSEL’s Founding Director, Prof. Vaibhav Chaudhary, describes its intellectual ambition:

“The Lab is particularly interested in research problems involving strategic decision-making, entrepreneurial dynamics, innovation and technological change, sustainability, organizational adaptation, competitive and cooperative behaviour, institutional environments, digital platforms, artificial intelligence, and complex socioeconomic systems. CSEL encourages research that connects micro-level decisions with venture-, organizational-, market-, and ecosystem-level outcomes.”

A central ambition of CSEL is to help advance a more computationally rigorous form of strategy, entrepreneurship, and management research, one in which theory can be formally specified, mechanisms can be examined dynamically, alternative and counterfactual worlds can be simulated, and empirical evidence can be integrated with computational models.

Our researchers and fellows have published in leading international journals, including the European Journal of Operational Research, World Development, Business Strategy and the Environment, Reliability Engineering & System Safety, Climate Risk Management, and Omega.
