Generative Artificial Intelligence in Management (GenAI in Management)
The ‘Generative Artificial Intelligence in Management (GenAI in Management)’ program provides participants with a deep understanding of how GenAI functions across different business areas. The participants will develop skills to apply GenAI in decision-making, improve presentation techniques, and formulate effective marketing strategies. The course covers fundamental and advanced coding & analysis concepts, including the use of GenAI for extracting insights, whether or not you're familiar with R/Python. The participants will be able to use GenAI for short and long-term strategic planning and have a solid foundation to understand how GenAI can help in innovation and its management. The innovators will also explore the potential risks of GenAI to jobs and society, along with concerns about misuse, followed by policies and GenAI governance, around the world. Regulatory approaches, ethical considerations, and practical dilemmas related to GenAI will be discussed. Case studies in autonomous driving, startups, personal branding, and data analysis offer practical insights applicable to real-world scenarios. Ultimately, this course prepares participants for the future of AI in business, emphasizing responsible and effective use.
